Please note: Our property is situated on a main road, just a short walk from Clifton and nearby shops. Due to its central location, guests may hear some traffic noise typical of a busy city area. Kindly ensure the accurate occupancy is selected during booking. Please note that booking for fewer guests than the property accommodates is not permissible. For instance, reserving for 2 guests but arriving with 4. Be advised that incorrect guest numbers may prompt cancellation of the entire booking or incur charges for additional guests. (Due to stringent licensing regulations, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 7 will result in immediate booking termination) Other things to note We don’t allow any events or party’s under any circumstances. The booking will be terminated if any issues are reported to us. Smoking including vaping is forbidden anywhere on the premises including on the balcony or terrace. We reserve the right to charge you £500 in the case of a deep clean due to smoke. No pets are allowed at this property Under no circumstances is NOSS canisters or drugs to be brought on to the premises. This will result in the police attending or information passed on to them if found on checkout.
