This apartment sleeps 5 and is a great place to stay in Bristol. A lovely fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom & two comfortable bedrooms with a TV in each bedroom to make your stay perfect. Located opposite Greville Smyth Park and only a few minutes walk from Ashton Gate Stadium as well as the popular North Street with it's range of bars and restaurants, this property is a great base to explore South Bristol. It is a 15 minute walk to the harbourside area of Bristol. The space A real home from home with it's fully equipped kitchen, wifi, cosy living area, two bedrooms and large bathroom with bath and shower. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room (please note this does not extend to the bedrooms). Each bedroom is also equipped with a fan. This spacious apartment has two bedrooms, one with a super king bed, one with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the living room to sleep up to 5 guests. As well as the beds, each bedroom has a TV, wardrobes and drawers for clothes. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home experience. There is a dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, hob, a double oven and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. You'll also find complimentary tea, instant coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, and cleaning supplies to make your stay as convenient as possible. The utility cupboard in the hallway contains a Hoover H-Wash 300 washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer, making longer stays easy and comfortable. The open living area has a sofa, seperate chair which turns into a sofa bed, dining room table and chairs as well as a smart TV The spacious modern bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, a bath mat, and hand towel for your convenience. *Check out the where you'll be section for restaurant recommendations* Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property and it has it's own private access. Other things to note Strictly no parties or events. This house is perfect for workers, families or quiet groups of friends looking to explore and enjoy Bristol. Please do not book this if you are wanting to have a party You must be able to climb stairs in this property as it is upstairs. The apartment doesn't come with a parking space. On Ashton Road, Street parking is restricted Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. North street and Frayne Road which are also right next to the property are pay & display Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. It is free to park from 5pm/6pm-9am on weekdays and it is free to park on weekends too. If needed, the ringo code for Frayne Road is 22729 and 22730 for North Street If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this where possible. Strictly no smoking within the property - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
