Townhouse by Bristol Harbourside

Our Georgian townhouse is in the perfect location for a trip or weekend away to explore Bristol. Set in the vibrant heart of Bristol's harbourside it is home away from home. Easily accessible to all of the iconic landmarks and attractions the city has to offer. Located on a quiet road in Spike Island famed for its arts centre/café and within walking distance of Wapping Wharf/Cargo, harbourside walks and the vast array of attractions in the city centre, Clifton, Bedminster or Ashton Gate Stadium. The space The accommodation consists of 4 stories; 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/ dining area looking onto courtyard garden. Large bathroom on first floor. The lower ground floor has a cosy sitting room and a downstairs toilet. The Orchard pub is located opposite perfect for a local pint of cider, whilst the Cottage Inn is only a 10 minute walk away serving great pub food. There is a ferry stop right around the corner by the S.S. Great Britain taking you either directly across the river, further into the centre of Bristol or to the train station. The harbourside walk into town is beautiful and takes approximately 20 minutes walking past many independent cafes, shops and bars for your morning coffee or an evening drink. There is residents parking permits on the road outside Monday- Saturday so only one car per stay will be given a visitor permit. Please note this doesn’t guarantee you a space outside the house but you can park on any roads within the Spike Island parking permit boundaries. Registration number of the car will need to be provided in advance. This is our family home which we have renovated over a many number of years. No hen or stag parties. Maximum 4 guests per stay. We expect the house to be respected and looked after whilst enjoying its fantastic location. It’s a terraced house with respectful neighbours so no loud music or noise in the garden past dark. We do not allow dogs.
