Hi, I’m David, I’ve lived in this apartment for the past 10 years. I’m currently going through a transition period and rent out the unit while I travel, but I always come back . I’d love to share this space with you so you can feel comfortable and welcome during your stay. The apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Panama City, surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, plazas, supermarkets and more to explore. You’ll also have access to a sunny pool and a gym that we share. The space We recently renovated the apartment, so it feels brand new! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy either a short or long stay and truly feel at home. You’ll find a dining table for six, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows. The apartment has two bedrooms: • A master bedroom with a king-size bed • A second bedroom with a twin-size bed There are two fully equipped bathrooms: one en-suite in the master bedroom and a second shared bathroom that serves the second bedroom. You’ll also have a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access At the security gate, please mention that you’re heading to the apartment number, which we will share with you once your booking is confirmed. The guard will provide you with a temporary PIN for elevator access. Once on the floor, you’ll find a lockbox. Using the code we’ll provide, you can access the apartment key and the elevator/social areas PIN. Please remember to delete the lockbox code after opening it. Don’t forget to return the temporary elevator PIN to the gate immediately have your keys from the lockbox— otherwise, a $10 USD fee will be charged if you missed. Along with your key, you’ll receive the PIN for elevator and common area access. At the end of your stay, please place the key back in the lockbox and delete the access code again. Important: Each time you leave the apartment, be sure to lock the door from the outside with a single turn of the key — the door does not lock automatically from the inside. When you’re inside the apartment, feel free to use the manual lock on the door for added security. Other things to note Please take good care of the apartment during your stay. In the kitchen, you’ll find cutting boards — please do not cut directly on the countertop, as it can be damaged. If the stone is scratched or chipped, we will need to charge for the full replacement cost, which is approximately $1,500 USD per piece. We also kindly ask that you remove your shoes inside the apartment to help protect the wooden floors and keep the rugs clean.
