Living with a lake view Through the spacious window front, you have an unobstructed view over Lake Schwielochsee and are very close to nature at any time of the day. The stylish boho design with warm natural colors, linen fabrics and natural materials creates a calm and high-quality atmosphere. The open-plan concept combines living, relaxing and a view of the water. In the cozy living area, the fireplace makes for special evenings – with a glass of wine, a good book or simply the view over the lake. Private sauna. Direct path to the water. The heart of the Bohéa is your private sauna with direct lake access. Take a sauna, open the door and then dive straight into Lake Schwielochsee – wellness in the middle of nature and completely private. Afterwards, peace and quiet await you on the terrace, or you can make yourself comfortable inside. Especially in the morning, when the lake is still calm, or in the evening at sunset, it becomes a very special experience. Your place by the water The large roof terrace offers you a wide view over Lake Schwieloch and plenty of space to relax. In addition, there is a smaller terrace right on the water's edge. Sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a gas BBQ grill make it easy to spend the day outside. And of course, the private dock belongs exclusively to Bohéa. Everything you need for a relaxing stay The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, two stovetops and a refrigerator. High-quality PFAS-free pans, sharp knives and everything important for cooking are also at your disposal. Shops and restaurants are not right outside the door. In Goyatz you will find, among other things, a Netto supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a gas station, and bicycle and boat rentals. Bohéa is therefore not a place for parties or loud nights, but a retreat for two people who want to unwind together, enjoy nature, and spend special time together. Important to know The Bohéa is moored to the private dock and is not navigable. You rent the houseboat as a floating, moored spa suite. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the rooftop terrace. Smoking is only permitted on the front terrace. A private parking space is available very close.
