The house is ideal for people who want to be on their own with their own access to the lake and still want to use a wide range of leisure activities and gastronomy in the immediate vicinity. The public beach with a new pier, playground, water sports equipment rental, tennis and volleyball courts and the Omega restaurant is only 500 m away. The old town is 2 km away. A pedestrian and bicycle path runs directly by the house, so you can reach the city center in a few minutes. The nearest stop is 500 m away. All buses in Brodnica are free of charge. You can completely do without the car.
