You may occasionally notice another vehicle passing by, as a cottage used as a long-term rental shares the front gate and private road with the house. Rest assured, you’ll have the entire house and all its amenities completely to yourself to relax and enjoy. Our home is located in the peaceful Mariposa countryside, surrounded by trees and open space. While we have regular professional pest control, the natural setting means you may occasionally notice an insect or small critter, and on rare occasions one may find its way inside.
