GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. 1 - 4 Nights: $25 per Night 5 -29 Nights: $200 30+ Nights: $300 Registration number 409810 - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violation. - Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur additional charges. - Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit to avoid attracting pests. - Treat the property and its contents with respect. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
