Modern family house in the midst of an old Malbec vineyard with fantastic views of the Cordillera de los Andes. The space On the grounds of Matervini, an ultra-premium Boutique Winery. Separated from the winery building itself by a dense poplar curtain. The house has 3 spacious rooms on the ground floor. One room with a king bed; and 2 other rooms that can each be configured as either one king bed + a single bed, or as 5 single beds. The ample Living, Dining, Kitchen and roofed Terrace with barbecue space are located on the second floor.  This means mesmerizing views of the vineyards and of the snow-capped majesty of the Andes Mountains.  The flexible space allows relaxed social interactions, outdoor or indoor lunch/dining and extended conversations. Ideal for large families, groups of friends, or up to three couples looking for an authentic and memorable Mendoza experience. Guest access Exclusive use of the whole house, its backyard, and the delimited front yard. Other things to note Two winery dogs (Bordeaux Dogue) live in the house backyard. They are good and friendly.
