Sandgate is a beautiful, newly built, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, fully equipped beachfront property offering in excess of 2,000 sq.ft of comfortable living space. The property features its own saltwater pool. We also have a paddle board for guest to use at their leisure! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for their stay. Other things to note Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.
