Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am. The space We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a $20 fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Also we have a strict ‘NO-SMOKING anywhere on property’ policy. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 charge added to a guest’s account. This carriage house is in a residential neighborhood in Little Rock’s SoMa district. There is a queen size bed and a private outdoor space with table and chairs. If you’re traveling with dogs (no cats), please message Doug. Guest access This is a private and self contained unit. The neighborhood is a very walkable. There is off street parking just for guests. Check in: 4pm or later/ Check out: 11am or earlier. Other things to note No Smoking anywhere on property.
