Functional room with a bathroom and garage

We offer a private room in a family house. Welcome to Mollendo, Islay, with excellent weather in Summer and cozy stay in Winter. With everything you need nearby and just 5 minutes away from the beach in shared taxis ("colectivos"). Count on me on anything you need. The space The room has a double bed, a large table and chair to use your laptop, with free access to fast (symmetrical) Internet. It also includes a wardrobe, an structure with hangers, and a shelf, a mirror, and a smart TV to watch cable TV and some apps like Pluto, YouTube, and others. The bathroom is not inside the room, it's on the front, just for you, it has appropriate illumination in the mirror. You'll have (hot) water service the whole day. The house is located in a quite place in front of a small park with benches, close to the beach, two black away to restaurants, a market, etc., also there are two small stores in the same block. Guest access Public transportation is one or two blocks away, or you may order a taxi. You can park at home, and also you may park in our private space (for an additional fee.) During your stay I will be available for all your questions and services about Mollendo. Other things to note You can park in the house for free. Ask for hours of free parking. There is no access to backyard nor to Kitchen, but we can keep your food/beverage in our freezer. A washer machine (load 12Kg) is available for an additional fee. For reservations longer than 2 nights, you may wash your clothing in the backyard for free, except in the check out day. If you reserve for January or February, take in count the room doesn't have a window, so it's hot. A few extra things are offered by a small free (starting in US$0.59). Other services at extra cost are: private parking all day, washer, or the professional fan.
