Tuco Room - Casa Maia Itacaré

My house looks like Itacaré. Natural light floods the environments. And the number of plants, inside the house and in the outdoor area, continuously increases. The street is quiet and offers easy access to city events! It is a 5-minute walk to the Itacaré Waterfront (boats), Passarela da Vila, Rua da Pituba, bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. It is also a 5-minute walk to Quilombo Urbano do Porto de Trás and a 15-minute walk to the start of the city's stunning sequence of beaches. The space Cozy, spacious, quiet and relaxed, the house has 3 bedrooms (private), 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, kitchen, work/coffee room, TV room, laundry and outdoor area (shared). The guest rooms are on the first floor, where the shared bathroom for the two rooms is also located. Upon check-in, the guest receives their own key. Guest access The living/TV room, the toilet and the kitchen on the ground floor, which I use, are also available to guests, as well as the yard and the entire front and side area of the house, where it is possible to sunbathe or simply relax in the late afternoon and evening. During your stay We're available to answer questions about hosting through the app. Other things to note I live with Maia, an elderly, small, very gentle and quiet dog. She stays all the time and circulates freely through the rooms on the ground floor of the house, but never goes up the stairs to the first floor.
