First of all, it's a good idea to clarify any doubts about the place, and a recommendation we always make is: Before booking, clarify any doubts. The place has 3 levels, so it is not a place for people with difficulty going up and down stairs. The stairs have railings only on one side (shown in photo). The pool, although it is at the foot, is not exclusive to the villa. It is shared with some more users within the subdivision. The beach, although it is very close (300 meters, that data is given by the GPS from the villa's room), is not at the foot. Before it, there is a 5-star hotel as shown in the cover photo. The beach is a 12-minute walk or 2 minutes by car maximum. The truth is that for comfort it is always more advisable to go by car. All the spaces in the villa are air-conditioned. The road is very easy to access, the architecture of the whole place and the villa is Mediterranean style, surrounded by mountain nature on one side and sea on the other, with a very nice layout and view from any angle. The entire villa is air-conditioned (all new equipment) and newly remodeled. You have an entertainment room, dining room and full kitchen at the entrance and a TV in one room. Both (training room and bedroom TV) include Netflix, Roku and cable TV. There is a laundry and drying room, and the master bedroom has a separate bathroom. Each level has a full bathroom and hot water 24/7, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the stove has 4 burners but it is not a stove with an oven. On the outdoor terrace you have a barbecue and oven to make pizza. That part has direct access to the pool, so you can have a very country day with a pool at your feet. From dawn to dusk you are surrounded by natural beauty, our guests always comment on how nice the place is, if you like bright, meticulously clean and pleasing to the eye places you will love this place! A terrace for grilling meat and an oven to make a good pizza, which is exclusive to the place. It has Netflix and YouTube service on the screens. It has a laundry and drying room. It has 24/7 surveillance inside the subdivision and common areas, both surveillance cameras and police watching and making rounds day and night, so you feel safe being in a very well-kept place. There is 24-hour surveillance and monitoring so you can feel at ease. The place is in a rural setting that is mountainous and beachy at the same time.
