Cozy Cabin on Brule is one of the best places to stay in Lake Tahoe for families. This 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 6 adults + 2 kiddos. Located in a very central area off Pioneer Trail, you are close to all of the action yet in a very safe neighborhood for your family. You'll feel comfortable to let your kids roam around the backyard between the hot tub and the jungle gym. Lots of family fun will be made at this little blue gem! We only keep oil, salt & pepper in our home between guests as to not attract them. Thank you!** ✏️ Please Note • We are permitted for up to 8 adults max plus extra kids under 5. • We are permitted for up to 2 cars max. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park both cars on the street level parking area right in front of our home. • Our home is non-smoking. • Our home is NOT pet friendly. Owner has a pet allergy. • Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours. • After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement. • Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates! • AC at this home works best for cooling the downstairs and is very slow to cool the upstairs. • Home has several locked closets for owner storage including the upstairs twin bed closet. • The shade in the upstairs King bedroom does not cover the full window. See photo of bedroom. • Please play on the jungle gym structure at your own risk. Children should be watched at all times. We are not liable for injury. • Trundle beds (under the 2 single twin beds) in the kids room are not apart of the occupancy and beds are not made for guests. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets. Please keep those areas locked at all times. Other things to note 🚓 Local Rental Laws We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in very rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home.
