The Iflissen Pavilion - Luxury Villa

Set in the former Royal hunting grounds of Chantilly Forest, this one-of-a-kind home marries cosy cottage charm with luxury comfort. The densely-wooded 7000m² grounds are a haven of calm and quietude. During your stay, you’ll have access to the estate’s sports facilities, including its 25-metre heated (Apr-Oct) outdoor pool (shared with the owners that live in the estate), indoor gym, and boulodrome. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, or outdoor activity, Pavillon Iflissen is the ideal base. The space Located at the entrance to the grounds with its own private garden and car park, the Pavillon Iflissen features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, plus a mezzanine area housing two double beds, two convertible sofa beds, a large television, and comfy chairs. The living room is a big, open space with high ceilings, dark wooden beams, and long sofas facing the open fireplace. An ensuite bathroom with shower is supplemented by an additional two-shower bathroom and independent toilet. The kitchen comes well-stocked and fully equipped, including recipe books to inspire your creativity. Outside, two terraces are lined with comfy wicker chairs, a hammock and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. Local sites include historic Chantilly Castle, the medieval town of Senlis, and the Abbaye de Royaumont – with Paris and its innumerable attractions just 35km away and easily accessible by train. The area is also famed for horse riding, and there’s a two-course, 18-hole golf course within minutes. The forest of Chantilly is ideal for running, cycling and family walks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and its facilities, including the swimming pool, indoor gym and boulodrome. The owners reserve the right to deny access to the to the pool for health and safety, security or technical issues. The owners are not responsible if the pool is not warm enough to the customers satisfaction. Other things to note The swimming pool is private to villa guests and is shared only with the two owners, who live on the same estate. Please also note that water temperature is relative to outside temperature. Heating is there to assist on a cooler day and not when it's really cold.
