The space You will be staying in an upside house, the kitchen, snug, dining and reading area are on the upper floor. When you walk upstairs you will see one end is top to bottom glass, giving you breath taking views across the Cherhill Downs. If you are found to be drinking excessively resulting in rowdy* behaviour you will be asked to leave. * Rowdy - Loud & Destructive If we find the home in state that it is clear that the rule has been ignored you will be fined for the additional cleaning, breakages & if it jeopardises our next booking you will be liable for the full nights fee (£275-£375) Please familiarise yourself with all the hot tub rules, fines from £150-£300 are given for not adhering to these rules. Varying from the need to refill, clean and replace a filter, to our next booking being jeopardised. The Hot Tub must not be used after 10pm We are a small family run business that live on site with our young children & have some lovely neighbours.
