The space Our home is built in 2022. Located in one of the prime gated community at the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. It is within a short drive to Ikea, Durango Casino, Uncommons, local hospitals, and 215 freeway access. This home features: 1900 sq feet of living space 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths Loft Separate living room and dining area Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances Washer and dryer 2 car covered garage Landscaped backyard with desert landscaping and artificial turf Sleeping arrangements: 1 King bed 2 queen beds 1 tri fold single memory foam mattress 1 couch ( not a sofa bed) Guest access Full access to the whole house. This is NOT a shared space with anyone else but your party. No access to the locked closet by the 1st floor half bathroom Other things to note This is a keyless entry. The door code and check in instructions will be provided 24-48 hours prior to arrival. No parties or special events allowed as this is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We do NOT provide cable service. We do offer tv streaming using your own account login for your convenience. 2 level home with stairs. Unauthorized late check out is subject to penalty fees as follows: From 25-60 minutes - $100 65 mins - 2 hours - $200 Beyond 2 hours is a full daily rate of $280 plus $75 cleaner rescheduling fee 🚫🐾 No pets allowed due to severe allergies. 🎥 Ring camera doorbell is by front door to monitor activity within the exterior perimeter of the home only. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. We only provide a starter supply kit of laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags enough to last 4-5 days. We do not replenish supplies for longer stays.
