No parties permitted. Non-compliance will lead to immediate booking cancellation and eviction from premises. Guest access The entire space is exclusively yours for your group's use except the garage and shed in the backyard which is currently designated for storage. Door Access: You will be provided a key less door code prior to your arrival and have access with this code the entire time of your stay. Video surveillance: There are three total cameras on the outside of the house. One doorbell camera, one over the garage overlooking the front of the house, and one above the side entry gate. These cameras are not monitored but provided for security and safety reasons. Other things to note House Rules: 1. No events or parties. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and we ask that our guests respect the neighbors and keep the outside noise levels to a minimum. There is a noise monitoring device located outside the home. (Note: this is not a listening or recording device. Its sole purpose is to alert the host if noise exceeds a certain level, ensuring a peaceful neighborhood and preventing gatherings.) 2. No pets allowed. 3. No more than 8 guests allowed on the property. 4. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am 5. No smoking indoors. Please keep all smoking outdoors. A fine of $500 will be applied if any smell of smoke of any kind is present inside the property. 6. If there are any damages that we should know about please let us know immediately. 7. Please maintain towels and linens well. Avoid using them for cleaning or makeup removal. Permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. 8. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, towels, linens, landscaping, or any other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Pool: ⊘ The pool is NOT heated. ∗ Adult supervision required at all times for any children in the pool area or backyard. Although a pool fence is in place for the children’s safety, it is not guaranteed to stop them from entering the pool area.
