We have 4 double bedrooms all with double beds for guests to enjoy along with a decked area on the back - great for bbq's. Guest access Guests have full access to all of the property Other things to note We get many repeat guests due to the high quality and clean accommodation on offer with close proximity to town, Ecclesall road and the Peak district. We are located within a residential area and have quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. Our properties are equipped with a noise-detection device; it does not record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) this is to make sure noise levels are respected.
