It has a clear view of the room with panorama to the King Christ and the 25th of April bridge. In the surrounding areas, no transport is available for a few minutes: - Transportation - Supermarkets (Continente/Minipreço/Pingo Doce/Lidl) - Pharmacies - Clínicas - Gyms - ATM - Laundry - Stationery - Portuguese cafés and pastry shops - Brunch's - Typical Portuguese restaurants, international cuisine and fast food (including McDonald's / KFC / PizzaHut / Telepizza) - Local commerce Municipal market (where you can buy regional fresh fish among other typical fresh seafood delicacies, cheeses, bread, meats, fruits, flowers, among others) - Feria de Roupa (cheap clothing). 5 minutes from the beaches (there are surf schools nearby for a different experience) and walkways to relax with walks through the woods. 15 minutes from the center of Lisbon, have the experience of crossing the 25 de Abril bridge, where you can make a stop and visit the Christ King where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lisbon and its surroundings. Guest access This is a single-family house, consisting of: Ground floor (Hosts) 1st Floor (Accommodation) All areas are properly separated to ensure more privacy for our guests. Guests have a parking area, accessed through one of the gates for the exclusive use of guests. There is a private entrance door with access to the stairs that will provide private access to the upper floor. The upper floor also has a lockable door. Other things to note Almada Municipal Tourist Tax: €2 per person/night (over 12 years old), up to a maximum of 5 nights. Charged separately in accordance with municipal regulations.
