Seafront is 2 min away, it is ideal for walks and swimming all year round with two coves and legendary 40 Foot swimming spot being right there. The village of Dalkey is just up the road, 15 min walk. Sandycove Tennis Club is 5 min away on foot, a couple of good golf clubs are just a short drive away and 3 yauht clubs are in a nearby town of Dun Laoighaire.
