This peaceful bungalow provides a wonderful escape and rejuvenating vacation experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, enjoying the breeze and listening to the birds play in the trees. Spend the day at one of the amazing local beaches, snorkeling with the turtles then come back for a relaxing afternoon by one of the best swimming pools in the area. Centrally located; only 15 minute drive to beaches, downtown, local restaurants, and grocery stores and the airport. The space The apartment is located within a serene and safe gated community with security services. You will be set back from the road for a peaceful vacation. The property is beautifully landscaped with trees and flower bushes which attract all sorts of birds and butterflies. Everything is very well maintained. The patio of the apartment faces the garden for maximum appreciation of the tress and birds. . The open layout makes the space feel quite spacious. The kitchen looks out to the living room and out to the patio. The bedroom has a great king size bed that where you will sleep comfortably. There is air conditioning only in bedroom. There is ample storage with a dressers and a closet. The simple bathroom has everything you need, including hot water. End your day with a comforting hot shower at the end of the day. However, it is a modest water heater so extensive showers are not possible if more than 1 guest is staying. The living room does not have air conditioning but with doors open, there is a beautiful breeze that passes through keeping temperatures comfortable. The sofa opens up to be a queen sized bed and the chair is also a sofa bed. There is a brand new 50" smart TV to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is equipped with cooking/baking supplies, new set of dishes and utensils. There are both new coffee makers and electric tea kettles. Guest access Marloes with Relax Property Management are the friendly and responsible property manager. She will greet you at the entrance, get you settled into your new home and show you all the ins and outs.
