The space Welcome to Shore Delight, a vintage-chic coastal retreat where midcentury modern charm meets beachside living. The home is awash in natural light, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Unwind with a movie, play board games, or share a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the back deck to soak in your private hot tub under the stars, or relax on the covered front porch in a rocking chair overlooking the community park. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: King Suite: A spacious room with a king-sized bed, walk in closet and a private en suite bathroom. Sleeps 2 Queen Bedroom: A cozy room with a queen-sized bed. Sleeps 2 Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, this room includes a twin bed, a double bed, and a trundle. Sleeps 4 Especially for Families: To make your family vacation easier, the home is thoughtfully stocked with: Pack ‘n Play Baby monitor Children's dinnerware High chair Childrens dinnerware A selection of books and toys for various ages Downstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, and mud room where you're able to use the laundry facilities during your stay. On the rear deck is the hot tub and al fresco seating area. On the front porch is a covered deck with rocking chairs overlooking the park. The community park has a playground, sand volleyball, fire pit one block West. Seasonal Community Heated Pool: The Olivia Beach pool is operated by the HOA and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day only. The pool is not available outside of those dates. There is an attached exercise room in the same location that is open year round. Beach access is available via a 5 or 10m walk, depending on your attitude toward stairs. The shortest route is West through the boardwalks of the Olivia Beach Community but this comes with about 100 steps down to the beach. If you don't mind a longer walk, the access point at SW 32nd is flat the whole way. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the back deck with the private hot tub, and the front porch. Entry is seamless with a smart lock; your unique access code will be provided 72 hours before check-in.
