Beautiful Finnish House and a Sauna on Lake Monomonac. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4+ people comfortably. Dock and beach access for swimming. includes canoes, kayaks, and bikes. Great lake for boating, fishing and skiing. Close to Mt Monadnock, Mt. Wachusett Pats Peak, Granite Gorge Mountain Peak, and Crotched Mountain for hiking and skiing. 1.5hrs from Boston airport and 4.5hrs from NYC. The space The compound consists of 4 houses/ cottages on Lake Monomonac. Every Cottage has its own dock and yard. The Sauna is another building on the lake that is shared among guests. The kayaks and canoe along with life jackets can be found at the private beach/ boat launch area and are shared among all the guests on a first come first serve basis. There is a playground across the street from the property that has tennis, basketball courts, baseball and soccer field. There are tennis rackets, basketball, baseball and soccer balls etc. available to guests. Guest access Each Cottage has its own yard and dock. Guests also have access the boat launch/ Beach area for access to the water for the use of the kayaks canoes and life jackets etc. Sauna is available by appointment from 1pm to 9pm. Also has tennis courts, basketball court, baseball and soccer field. Great area for hiking, biking, snow skiing and snowmobiling. Close to Mt Monadnock, Mt. Wachusett Pats Peak, Granite Gorge Mountain Peak, and Crotched Mountain. 1 hour and 45 minutes from Boston airport, 50 minutes from Manchester airport and 4 hours from NYC.
