Perfectly charming both inside & out, this 1940s ski cabin enjoys a prime North Conway location. Built during the development of the ski area and thoughtfully renovated since then, this cabin with thought vintage ski decor, classic furnishings, & patterned textiles that exude character & warmth. Come home from a day on the slopes (a short walk away from Cranmore Mtn and under a mile from North Conway Village) or a fall drive on the Kancamagus Highway & relax in the warmth of the gas fireplace. The space This home is practically equidistant from the center of North Conway Village (half a mile west) and the base of the historic Cranmore Mountain Resort (less than half a mile east). You'll have no shortage of activities and attractions at your fingertips, whether you choose to go outlet shopping in town, take a ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad or the Kancamagus Highway, or tee off at the North Conway Golf Course. In addition to the slopes of Cranmore, you'll be close to several other beloved mountain resorts, including Attitash (nine miles northwest), Wildcat (18 miles north), and Bretton Woods (30 miles northwest). Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, the yard and the lockable shed. Other things to note Things to know: Free Wi-Fi Full kitchen AC is available from Memorial Day to Columbus Day The gas fireplace is only available seasonally during the winter months. Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided during that time. Parking notes: Off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars. No parking is allowed elsewhere on the property or on Skimobile Road. In the winter the parking area is plowed and will be clear of snow. Additionally, the path to the front will be cleared. Plowing and shoveling will be provided during your stay if new snow accumulates. Take extra caution when walking from the driveway to the front door in the winter as the walkway can be slippery, especially in ski boots. Should you need them, shovels and ice melt are provided.
