This spacious luxurious home is perfect for families looking for a comfortable & entertaining stay. Enjoy family time in the game room, catch up on work in our private office, or unwind on the patio. This home is close to fine dining, Tanger Mall, Landers Center, 19 minutes- Elvis Presley Estate, 24 minutes- Memphis Airport and 25 minutes to Downtown Memphis! NO Parties!! The space Where Luxury meets Comfort for the whole family! Spacious home with great amenties. Each room has it's on full bathroom, along with 75 inch TV'S for your comfort. The master bathroom also comes wi th fireplace and 75 inch TV. The home is equipped with a sound system that plays music throughout the house including outside while enjoying the seating area. There's a full kithen and a mini kitchen in the game room with a mini frige stocked with water for your convenience! There's also a grill on the back porch we ask that you clean it if you use or a $35 cleaning fee will be added. There's is no parking on the street overnight, all cars must fit in the long driveway- there's no driving or parking on the grass. PLEASE NOTE: The dishwasher its not available as it's pending g replacement. There's dish soap and rack available. Guest access Again entire home & driveway is available with the EXCEPTION of the Garage, laundry pantry, storage room, and theater room. There's absolutely NO PARTIES allowed inside or outside the property. 4 is the limit of space for vechicles on property. No parking allowed on streets at any time This home is completely SMOKE FREE- there will be a $500 fee Due to allergies, unfortunately we are unable to accomodate pets, if you have a service animals, please be sure to contact the host for details before arriving. Your service animal is permitted, but please note that under the law provisioning service animals, they cannot be left alone. if service animal is left alone we will consider this to be a pet, and we will end your stay resulting in a fee up to $500.
