Bonne Terre Fountain House

Relaxing private upstairs 3 rooms in a building to yourself. Located in Nesbit, MS: Fantastic stay for the Blues Trail, Memphis, or Oxford *20 minutes from downtown Memphis, Memphis Airport, Graceland, & Snowden Baseball Perfect spot right outside the city to feel safe and secluded. This room is the UPSTAIRS that has it's own private entrance. The downstairs is not used as a room, so no need to worry about sound. We have other rooms for rent on property, but those are in separate buildings. The space This listing is on our 23 acre property, called Bonne Terre. We have 3 brand new pickleball courts, a wedding venue, 10 room inn, an outdoor pool, multiple other stays on property, and a restaurant (not owned by us) called Magnolia Bend Grille in the middle of the property open to the public! This listing is different in that you have the upstairs on the house to yourself with its three bedrooms and bathroom, the downstairs is an open room occasionally used for something else that should not interfere with your stay. There is no kitchen or laundry, just the 3 bed, 3 bath, mini fridge, and microwave All guests on property get access to the pickleball courts, the pool , and a basic continental breakfast is included (for no extra fee), in the building labeled "Fountain Room". The pool is located behind "Bonne Terre Inn", right across from your stay. Guest access The upstairs is the only part of the building guests have access to, the downstairs room is used for something else on property. Guests also have access to the property pool as well as the two lakes that you're welcome to fish in.
