Please do not block the sidewalk. Potential Noise: Please be aware that due to our proximity to O'Hare Airport, you may occasionally hear the sound of airplanes flying overhead. Although our home is situated approximately 8 miles south of the airport, which helps minimize the noise, it may still be audible from time to time. Our central location places you just minutes from downtown Elmhurst and 15 minutes from the Rosemont Entertainment and Convention District, as well as Chicago, Schaumburg, and surrounding suburbs. A Jewel-Osco grocery store is approximately 3 minutes from home, to meet all your needs. Guest access Registered guests are welcome to use the pool room, sauna, and steam shower. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not leave children unattended, as no lifeguard is on the premises. When leaving the pool area, please make sure all patio doors are locked. Top door latches and a crossbar are provided at all pool door entrances for added safety. Upon arrival, please access the front entrance with the keypad for access. The access code will be provided one hour before your arrival. Other things to note Important House Rules: No Parties: This is not a party house. Violators will be reported and face immediate eviction, additional fees, and no refund. No Smoking or Drug Use: Absolutely no drug substances are allowed in or anywhere around the premises. Violators will be reported and face immediate eviction, an additional $500 fee, and no refund. Cigarette smoking or vaping is permitted at all exits EXCEPT the front main entrance. Please use the cigarette disposal provided to dispose cigarette butts. Primary guest: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and be able to verify their age at the time of booking. Additionally, the primary guest is required to stay on the property for the entire duration of the reservation. This ensures responsible supervision and care of the property. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight, and any visitors must be pre-approved by the host.
