Potential Noise: Please be aware that due to our proximity to O'Hare Airport, you may occasionally hear the sound of airplanes flying overhead. Although our home is situated approximately 8 miles to the south of the airport, which helps minimize the noise, it may still be audible from time to time. Guest access Registered guests are welcome to use the pool room, sauna, and steam shower. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not leave children unattended, as no lifeguard is on the premises. When leaving the pool area, ensure all patio doors are locked. Top door latches, and a crossbar is provided at all pool door entrances for added safety. Other things to note Important House Rules: No Parties: This is not a party house. Violators will be reported and face immediate eviction, additional fees, and no refund. No Smoking or Drug Use: Absolutely no smoking or drug substances are allowed in or anywhere around the premises. Cigarettes smoking or cigarette vaping is allowed on all exits with the cigarette disposal, except for the front main entrance. Primary guest: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and able to provide verification at the time of booking. Additionally, the primary guest is required to stay on the property for the entire duration of the reservation. This ensures responsible supervision and care of the property. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight, and any visitors must be pre-approved by the host.
