House with pool and air conditioning, fully equipped, with an excellent location, safe area and with access to the main places of interest. It has spacious and comfortable spaces, which ensure that your stay is a unique experience and total enjoyment. The space It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace with grill area, pool, internal garden, laundry, parking for 1 vehicle and 4 motorcycles and high-speed internet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 55" Smart TV with Netflix and cable, air conditioning, a large closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, 32" Smart TV with Netflix and cable, with its own bathroom and closet. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and has a modern open concept design, super equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils. The dining room and living room are quite spacious with an external view of the pool and terrace. It has its own fantastic social area with a grill area and a fantastic pool with night lighting. It has its own laundry at your disposal, as well as a hot water heater. It has a separate space to work, with desk and chair. Finally, the house has its own parking for 1 vehicle and 4 motorcycles. Guest access To manage entry to the house, you must send us the following information: - Name and surname of each guest. - Identification number of each guest (ID, passport, driver's license). - Estimated time of arrival. Other things to note The house is located in a safe area, 10 minutes by car from Plaza de Armas, 6 minutes from Open Plaza, 3 minutes from Real Plaza, 8 minutes from Yarinacocha Lagoon, 20 minutes from Biokuka Tourist Botanical Garden, 5 minutes from Pucallpa Zoo. The house has definitely been set up for Airbnb travelers, with everything you need to have a safe stay and close to many places of interest. House Rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside the home. - Parties are not allowed. - No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors. - Only guests previously registered in the reservation may enter the house. Visitors are not allowed in. - Any monetary expense due to repairs and/or replacements for losses and/or damages to items, furniture and/or infrastructure of the house, which are generated during the stay, must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation. - If the guest ignores the warning, ByT reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the house even without completing their reservation, and without refunding the money for the pending nights. Additional rules: - Before requesting a reservation, the correct number of guests must be entered in the reservation details. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation details will be allowed in (even if they don't spend the night in the house). - When booking, you'll need to provide each guest's first and last name and ID number before check-in. This information is required to register guests before they arrive. - When arriving at the house for the first time, guests must identify themselves by presenting their physical identity documents to the person who will receive them, in order to enter the house. - Underage guests may only enter with their parents and must always be supervised by an adult. - The rate for 1 or 2 guests is the same. The cost for each additional guest after the third guest is 30 soles per night. - If the reservation is made for 2 or more guests and you want to add additional guests only on specific nights, the cost for each additional guest is 30 soles per night. Additional guests can be added only until the maximum capacity of the house is reached. - We do not offer early check-in and/or late check-out. If you do not leave at check-out time, you will be charged for the night. - We do not offer luggage storage service before check-in and/or after check-out. - If forgotten belongings are found inside the house after check-out, it will be reported to the guests and kept in custody for a maximum period of 30 days pending their recovery. After 30 days, they will be donated or discarded. We don't provide a service to send forgotten belongings inside or outside the country. - Each reservation includes bed linen for each bed, 1 body towel for each guest, 1 hand towel for each bathroom, 1 floor towel for each shower, 1 shampoo sachet for each shower, 1 soap for each bathroom, 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each trash can, 1 dishwasher, 1 sponge and 1 absorbent cloth. Additionally, if the house has a sofa bed and it is required to be used, bedding, 1 shampoo sachet, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per sofa bed are included. - If guests stain, soil, or otherwise stain the sheets, duvet, covers, pillows and/or towels, the guest will be charged the amount for the purchase/replacement of the damaged linen. Also, if guests break, damage, or burn any furniture or appliance in the house, they will be charged the amount to replace the damaged furniture or appliance. - TV, Wifi, appliances: their operation is not guaranteed. While repairs will be made as soon as possible, no refund of rents shall be given for malfunction, lack of signal or content, or personal preferences with regard to cable television service, interruption of internet services, or any other appliance. - For every 30 nights booked, we offer one free cleaning during the stay. This cleaning includes changing bed linens and towels, and replenishing shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The date and time of the cleaning must be coordinated at least 2 days in advance. -If the guest leaves the key inside the house, this service will cost S/60 (to cover the host's transportation to and from the property). - If the guest loses the key inside the house, it will be necessary to assume the cost of a copy and locksmith service for the change of the lock for security reasons. This will have an additional cost of approximately S/ 400 (because we must hire a locksmith to disassemble the lock and make the change). - Pets are not allowed in the house. - Throwing paper, fabrics, sand, dirt, hard materials and/or any type of insoluble element in sinks and/or toilets is not allowed. - It is not allowed to stick and/or hang posters, balloons and/or any type of decorative element on walls, doors, windows and/or any part of the house. - No parties or social gatherings are allowed inside the house. - Excessive noise or noise is not allowed between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. - Smoking and/or vaping (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars and/or any type of non-prescription drug) is not allowed inside the house. This includes outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, patios and/or rooftops. Failure to comply with this point will result in a penalty of S/440, which will be charged through Airbnb's "Request Money" channel. - The use of narcotics, psychotropic, psychedelic, narcotics and/or any type of non-prescription drug inside the house and/or building is not allowed. - Being completely naked inside the house while the curtains/blinds on the windows are open is not allowed. Nor is it allowed to go out completely naked to balconies and/or terraces of the house (in case the house has balconies and/or terraces). - Posting content on social media that exposes the security of the house, building, residents and/or neighbors is not allowed. - Capturing or recording images inside the house and/or building that generate monetary income is not allowed. - Delivery couriers are not allowed to enter the building. Guests must receive delivery orders at the door of the house. - Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules by guests implies a monetary penalty that must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation. - Any monetary expense due to repairs and/or replacements for losses and/or damages to items, furniture and/or infrastructure of the house, which are generated during the stay, must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation.
