The '12 Loft' is located on the upper floor of the '12 House' and impresses with a spacious living room. The high rooms, the visible roof structure and the fireplace offer an incomparable ambience in a homely atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has a beverage cooler. The apartment offers two rooms with private bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet with a washing machine. The covered balcony with seating lounge invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view. The space The '12er Huus' has been renovated to a high standard in the years 2022-2024. The holiday apartments' 12er Loft 'were created. The '12er Huus‘ are in a prime location, walking distance to various amenities. The bus stop, ski lift and grocery store are within easy walking distance. But the best is undoubtedly the wonderful views of the valley and the spectacular mountain scenery you can enjoy from your accommodation. In our terrace garden you can relax in the panoramic sauna or spend romantic evenings at the fire bowl. Since we care about our nature, regional wood has been processed during the renovation and the old building substance has been preserved as much as possible. We get the eco electricity from our own photovoltaic system. Guest access The '12er Loft' is accessible at ground level and has an independent entrance. If you arrive by (electric) car, there is a charging station and two car parking spaces available directly in front of the property. In addition, we have thought of your sporty equipment and offer a lockable bicycle and ski depot. Our terrace garden is available to all guests for shared use and offers a relaxing panoramic sauna as well as the opportunity to spend the evenings at a fire bowl. Other things to note Before your arrival, I will send you an access code for the apartment door, which is valid for the duration of your stay. Please take off street shoes in the entrance area of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a high quality wooden floor that feels best barefoot. There is fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. You can prepare the daily coffee with the Frenchpress or the Nespresso machine. For this you will need coffee powder or Nespresso capsules. Linen, towels, hair dryer and toilet paper are available. When you want to use the sauna, it does not hurt to bring your bathrobe. Please always put a towel in the sauna. For charging the electric car we charge 0.3€/kWh.
