Tranquility abounds in this pup friendly, casita. Relax in the pool or spa, or sip your favorite beverage on your front or back patio and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. If you love birds like we do, quail, roadrunners, hummingbirds, cardinals, finches, pyrrhuloxia, dove, and woodpeckers are frequent visitors to our many feeders. A shuffleboard table, pool table, dart board, poker table, and gym with free weights etc. are just some of the amenities included in this spacious, 1200 sq ft casita. The space Newer, open concept, southwest style, 1200 sq. foot casita. Casita is fully detached from main home. Located on property with 3.5 acres. Offers indoor and outdoor activities with pool table, shuffleboard, dart board, poker table, swimming pool (NOT heated), and spa/hot tub. Covered car port with attached laundry room. Doggie door with dog run for your fur babies. Patios with seating outside both front and back doors. 3 large picture windows in main room with views of Santa Rita mountains or if preferred you can lower shades for maximum privacy. Plantation shutters on windows facing main house. Tile floors throughout. Queen bed with closet and dresser in bedroom. Linen cabinet and shelves in bathroom. Towels, shampoo, creme rinse, body wash, and hairdryer available. Kitchen has coffee maker with coffee, crock pot, toaster, air fryer, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, etc. Ice cube trays in freezer. Electric stove and oven. If needed for longer stays, brooms etc. located in laundry room. Beautiful ceiling fans located in main room and caged ceiling fan with lights located in bedroom. Sky lights in bathroom and kitchen. If you enjoy exercising there is a detached air conditioned gym with free weights, an elliptical, and a treadmill available for your use. Erik and I live in the main house with our 3 small dogs and a tuxedo cat. We enjoy having guests and will try to meet you when you arrive to answer any questions you may have, but otherwise we respect your privacy and we’ll likely only see each other in passing. Guest access The backyard/pool area is shared with the main house, but when you use the pool (not heated) or spa you will have it to yourself. The spa is controlled through an app and you can just message Kay to start it up anytime between 8am and 9pm. Otherwise, we try to be as unobtrusive as possible during your stay. You have your own front and back patios and a covered parking space with attached laundry room. If you enjoy the flora of the Sonoran desert please feel free to check out the desert-scaped grounds. The detached gym is shared and available anytime. If you like you can reserve hours to have it to yourself during your stay. Other things to note This casita is ideal for 2 guests as there is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The casita shares the yard with the pool/spa with the main house but when you use the pool or spa you will have it to yourself. There is also a shared detached gym with free weights, an elliptical, a treadmill, and a television.
