The space The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It has a cozy room equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and a practical multifunctional folding table that can be used as a work space or dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals during your stay, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. The private bathroom has hot water, an odor extractor, and complimentary amenities such as towels, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. You will also find a closet with hangers, an iron and an ironing board for added convenience, especially for longer stays. Guest access Access is completely self-service using a security code, allowing you to check in easily and flexibly. The apartment is part of a building with ten residential units and has a shared laundry area located on the third floor.
