Other things to note POLICIES AND CONDITIONS FOR CONDOMINIUM GUESTS Policies and General Conditions: Identification at Check-in: It is mandatory to show a photo ID (ID or CNH) for all people at check-in. Accommodation of Children: In accordance with Federal Law No. 8.069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the lodging of children under 18 years old, unless accompanied by the parents or guardian. If the minor is not accompanied by the parents or guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a written authorization document signed by the parents, with firms recognized in a notary's office. All children under the age of 18 must present, at the time of check-in, a government identification with a photo, which proves their identity and affiliation, even if accompanied by their parents. For additional vehicles, a night of R$25.00 + 5% ISS will be charged, subject to availability. Same-Day Reservation: If the reservation is made on the same day of entry, a delay may occur in the release of the apartment at the check-in time, at 3 pm. Sonorous Apparatus: The use of high volume sound devices will not be allowed in the apartment, respecting the law of silence from 10 p.m. Sound devices are also prohibited in social areas and swimming pools. Township of Food and Beverage Consumption: It is expressly forbidden to take and consume food and beverages in the social areas and swimming pools that are not purchased at the resort's points of sale. The holding of parties and social gatherings is also prohibited. It is not allowed to use household appliances such as sandwiches, electric coffee makers, airfryers, electric barbecues and other similar ones in the apartment due to the high risk of accidents. Any infringement may result in legal action. Escorts: The condominium member or guest must inform the reception about the arrival or departure of any companion at the resort premises. Garment and Barbecue Sanitation: It is not the responsibility of the maids to clean the dishes or the barbecue used by guests. If they opt for the service or do not do the cleaning, a fee of R$30.00 per service/day will be charged for each item. In case of damage to any item of the apartment (linen, crockery, equipment), the guest or guest will be charged, at check out, the amount of replacement of the damaged item. Lost Objects: Salinas Exclusive Resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects on the premises. Smoking Prohibition: The resort is 100% non-smoking, in accordance with Act no. 12.546/2011. Consumption Card: R$30.00 for loss or damage. Pet Policy: Small Dogs (up to 10kg): They are allowed in the apartment, limited to 2 dogs per unit. We do not accept cats or other types of animals. Sanitation Fee: A fee of R$250.00 will be charged for the pet's stay (if you stay in the same apartment). If there is an apartment exchange, a new fee will be charged. Banho Express: The cleaning fee includes 1 express bath for one of the pets. The bath voucher will be delivered at check-in upon payment of the fee. Damage Liability: Any damage caused by the animal in the apartment or resort premises will be the guest's responsibility, being charged the corresponding amount at check-out. Permitted Areas: The dog can transit only in social areas and parking, only on the lap. Access in the areas of restaurant and food and beverage sales is prohibited. Dog Care Service: Dog Care: Salinas Exclusive Resort allows animals to be hosted at Dog Care, under daily rates specified by the service provider of Salinas Pet (outsourced service).
