Welcome to my boutique cottage retreat, featuring a brand-new saltwater pool & spa. Located just 10 minutes from Palm Beach municipal beach, downtown West Palm Beach (Cityplace), and the airport, this cozy but fully-equipped 2BR suite includes a king bedroom and a bunk room (twin over full). Space can accommodate up to 2 adults + kids. Enjoy peaceful shared outdoor spaces with two studio suites, plus BBQ grill, bikes, and inflatable SUPs. I look forward to hosting you! Lauren The space Salthaus Suite A 🏡 💎 What to Expect: - This is a boutique-hotel style property with shared outdoor space and just three small suites. Guests are quiet and respectful of others on the property. - Suite A is a cozy yet functional 400-sq ft space. - Your host, yours truly, lives in the front villa and is available for issues, questions or emergencies. - Small weekly cleaning fee applies for stays over 1 week 🛎️ In-Suite Amenities Include: - complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner - hair dryer - stocked kitchen with: full size refrigerator, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, air fryer, organic coffee (electric brew), sugar, creamer, water filter - smart TV - beach towels 🛌 Bedrooms • Master Bedroom: Relax in comfort with a plush king bed and a private window AC unit for a peaceful night's sleep. • Second Bedroom: Ideal for kids or friends, this room features a single-over-double bunk bed and its own window AC unit. • Pack n Play available on request 🏡 About the Neighborhood: This is an older, charming neighborhood that’s incredibly safe (no crime here!). The location is unbeatable—less than a mile from the Intracoastal and the Mar-a-Lago bridge to Palm Beach Island. 👥🛎️ Shared Amenities You’ll Love: - Saltwater pool & spa (SPA HOURS: 7am-11pm). Enjoy a cold salt plunge in the pool after the spa - we do not heat the pool, but may consider requests to do so during cold spells :) - BBQ grill 🍗 - Patio table for outdoor meals 🍽️ - Beach cruisers (3) for leisurely rides along Flagler Drive 🚲 - Inflatable paddleboards (2) 🚣 - Beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella) 🏖️ - Tesla charger (available with advanced request and approval) 🔌 🫧 Washer/Dryer Usage Notice Please note that the on-site washer and dryer use must be requested and directions for use will be provided. Designated hours of use: Morning: 7 AM - 9 AM Evening: 7 PM - 8 PM 📍Local Attractions & Conveniences • Antique row. • Flagler DriveLocal Attractions: • Walk to Publix supermarket (just 2 blocks away), • • Stunning Ocean Blvd and Palm Beach Public Beach (3 miles away). • Downtown/Rosemary Square (3 miles away). • Dining Options: Treat yourself to our local cuisine with fantastic restaurants within 1-2 miles, including Havana, Lenoras Kitchen (on Dixie), Table 26, Troy's BBQ, Rhythm Cafe, Cholo Soy Cocina, El Segundo - to name a few! 📝 Friendly Reminders • 🚗 Parking Notice: Please note that parking is street-only; there is no driveway parking available. • 👥 Shared Spaces: The guesthouse is approached through a shared driveway - you'll find Suite B at the back building on the right hand side, situated with perfect pool views 😌 ⏰ Early Check-In/Bag Drop: We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or bag drops when possible, please inquire. 😞 Cancellations: I have a cancellation policy in place with Airbnb, but recommend you opt for travel insurance if there is a chance you won't make it. On top of this, I also do offer full or partial refunds if you have a change of plans and the nights get re-booked. This means, you just need to cancel as soon as you know you can't make it. This will open up the calendar, and I will refund you the amount of any new bookings ☺️ 🐶 SERVICE ANIMAL NOTICE: If you have a service animal, please understand there will be an extra cleaning fee of $99, same as the fee charged to others with pets. This is a cleaning fee which is out of my hands. We also need to know when there will be a pet on the property so please include him/her with your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
