With 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms, you'll find the perfect blend of space and privacy. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a 4K Roku TV, providing access to complimentary Netflix and other streaming platforms. The living room and dining area offer ample space for relaxation and shared meals. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, rice maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you might need. We've included kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Coffee and tea are also readily available. For families traveling with infants, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard, high chair, and baby rocker making your stay comfortable for all. Step into the backyard, and you'll discover a beautiful Pool and a Hot Tub (hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of $60/night), all surrounded by a charming gazebo and a patio dining table. This outdoor oasis is perfect for hosting a barbecue, with a grill and tools at your disposal. Your leisure and comfort are our top priorities Guest access Guests have access to the entire place, including the 3-car garage, with the exception of some closets used for storage. Other things to note - The pool is not heated. However, the hot tub can be heated for a fee of $60 per night, allowing for up to 5 hours of use. Please note that this fee must be paid in advance. The hot tub is controlled remotely, so you'll need to coordinate your preferred usage time. It is available for use from 9 am to 10 pm. - PARKING: Please ONLY use the 3-car garage and driveway for parking. No more than 6 cars are allowed per reservation. Since the house is situated in a cul-de-sac, parking in the area is limited. We ask that you be mindful of our neighbors and avoid parking on the street. - If you are a local in the area, don’t book without first contacting me. - In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool. - Yard cleanup day is usually on Thursdays but can change due to gardener availability. The gardener will be there some time between 10am-3pm to clean the front and back yard.
