Lagoa da Conceição is one of the prime locations of Florianópolis; known for it's natural beauty, charming restaurants and proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. This brand new apartment is located in the best location of Lagoa, in a very quiet street, but only 3 minutes walking from all the shops, markets and restaurants. This beautifully flat, equipped with stylish furniture and appliances, was designed to offer you all the comfort you need to relax or to work. The space Tiwa means "Prosperity" in Tupi-Guarani, an indigenous Brazilian language and Casa Tiwa has all the elements to offer you a prosperous time in Florianópolis. The decor evokes the Brazilian-tropical vibe, sophistication and, most important, peace. This place was built to enhance/complement your experience in this beautiful island, offering you comfortable and beautiful refuge when you are back from your explorations. The flat has brand new high-end furniture and equipped with all the utensils and appliances you might need, including washer-dryer, dishwasher, air-fryer, a 55" smart TV with Netflix included, air conditioners in the living room and main bedroom. The main bedroom has a super high-quality mattress and comfortable linens. It also has a glass window that allows light to pass through to the dinning room but that can be completely closed with blackout curtains if you want privacy. The secondary bedroom offers a daybed where a single person can sleep and also a dedicated desk/workspace. The flat is situated in a brand new and very secure building, centrally located in the best area of Lagoa da Conceição, in a very quiet street. You will be steps away from the lagoon and very close to Mole Beach, Joaquina, Galheta Barra da Lagoa, some of the most beautiful beaches in Floripa. The neighborhood also offers you charming cafes, pubs, restaurants. As a matter of fact, the best coffee shop of Lagoa, Cafe Cultura, is situated on the same street, one minute walking from the flat. Other things to note **We are experiencing problems with the bathtub; it is currently out of service.** Apartment Rules Please respect the Check-in (3 PM) and Check-out (11 AM) times. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Please respect quiet hours (10 PM - 9 AM). Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment, as well as by the window and in the common areas of the building. Parties are PROHIBITED in the apartment, as is access by unregistered individuals - subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation. Remember to turn off the lights, television, and air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment; the environment will thank you! Use water consciously; avoid waste. If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know so we can replace it. USE THE AIR FRYER for frying and other preparations that may generate excessive smoke. Don't forget to clean it after use! Avoid using the sofa and chairs with wet or damp bath towels; damage and stains to the upholstery will be charged to the guest. Stained and damaged bed linens and towels will be charged at the end of the stay. Consult for prices for extra cleaning during your stay. Suitcases and luggage cannot remain on the premises before or after check-in and check-out times without the guest's supervision.
