We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties. Other things to note We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets. Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
