Practically on the corner of the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta), but set back enough to be quiet most of the time. This is a premium location with an amazing Caribbean view from the rooftop pool. You can't get a better place to stay in the center of Playa! The space Amazing king bed, functional kitchen area with 2-burner electric stove, sink, basic dishes, pots, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster and microwave. Private patio with table & chairs. Dining table with 2 chairs inside. TV with cable, WIFI. Beautifully, modern bathroom. Ceiling fan & AC to keep you very comfortable! Guest access The building has 24/7 security downstairs. During the day, the main door is open. Once you register, you'll access the apartment with the code we'll provide at the time of check in. Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities. Other things to note To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary. We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m. For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services. We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges. If booking 28 nights or more, we'll take a reading of the light meter at check in and compare it with the reading at the check out. Then charge the guest according to what the CFE app shows.
