This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers main-floor living, plus a downstairs TV lounge with a dedicated workspace. Explore local gems like the Centennial Bike Path, Lake CDA, & Tubbs Hill. To ensure an allergen-free environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. We appreciate your understanding. See “Other Details to Note.” The space Main Floor: On the main floor, you'll find two cozy bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen. While the king bed is luxurious, it does make the room feel a bit snug. The bright, fresh bathroom includes a comfy seat and a handy handheld shower. The main living area is a great spot to unwind or catch up on your favorite shows. The kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs, though please note that the stove is a smaller, compact model. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. There’s a steep set of stairs leading from the kitchen down to the lower level. Downstairs: Downstairs, you’ll find another welcoming bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub with a handheld shower—perfect for a long soak. There's also a second cozy living area, ideal for movie nights, plus a workstation that seats four with plenty of plugs for your devices. For added convenience, you'll have access to a laundry room to keep everything fresh during your stay. We can’t wait for you to settle in and enjoy your time at CDA Getaway! Guest access Home Access: This home boasts an excellent walkability index, so you’ll be able to easily explore the area! Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, with the exception of the supply room and one closet, both of which are locked. Please note that the small garage is not included with the rental, but it is available for an additional fee. Feel free to inquire if you'd like to rent it during your stay. Other things to note Strict No-Pet Policy To ensure a comfortable, allergen-free environment for all our guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that guests traveling with pets consider other nearby pet-friendly options. There are plenty available! By Booking This Property, Guests Agree to the Following: * If a pet (other than a certified service animal) is discovered on the property during your stay, the reservation will be terminated immediately, and you will be asked to vacate the premises. ** Note: An orange vest or other identification does not qualify a pet as a service animal unless it is a certified service animal as defined by law. * No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your stay if a pet is discovered. * A $200 cleaning fee per pet will be charged to remove pet hair, dander, and other pet-related allergens from the furniture, rugs, and home. * This cleaning fee is in addition to the standard cleaning fee, and will be charged if pet hair or dander is discovered after you have vacated the property.
