Spacious garden apartment Kilbourn Park

Spacious, clean & quiet two bedroom garden apartment a 3 minute walk from the gorgeous Kilbourn Park and easy access to trendy Avondale & Logan Square neighborhoods. I live & work upstairs should you need anything! The space Newly renovated apartment with everything that you need for a comfortable stay! Enjoy the recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, comfortable couch with a 42” smart TV and two spacious bedrooms. If you need to get a little work done while you’re enjoying your getaway, the apartment is the perfect place to work from home with a large desk and lightning fast internet. Guest access Fully private apartment with it's own entrance. Other things to note The ceiling is low in two parts of the apartment which can we seen in the photos. These two areas have a height of 5’11 and the rest and most of the apartment is 6’11. Also to note, I live and work upstairs, so this is not a great fit if you are looking to party. NOTE: 2-3 guests have mentioned a tapping sound coming from the heater in the main bedroom during the night. Despite multiple attempts, we have not been able to replicate the sound in order to identify and fix the issue but please be aware. Thank you!
