The unit is equipped with an indoor hot tub (open year-round), an outdoor pool (open during summer), and a dedicated workspace to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy using the gym, terrace, rooftop space, game room, and more. Our apartment is less than 10 min away from restaurants, The River Walk, Navy Pier, cafes, bars, nightclubs, and more. We look forward to hosting you! The space Your stay is in a luxury studio apartment in a prominent community in the downtown Chicagoland area. The apartment has its own entrance, is well furnished, and has a full kitchen, a queen sized bed, full bath with shower, living space, a lovely rooftop floor and luxury amenities that include an outdoor pool (closed during the months of Sep-May), a hot tub (open year round), a gym, business center, outdoor terrace with BBQ grills, fire pit, and outdoor dining space, and more. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like. The unit comes with 1 key fob. To replace the door fob it is $250. To replace the garage pass it is $500. We ask that all of our guests be mindful and respectful of the keys provided throughout the stay to avoid incurring additional fees. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the housekeeping service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t typically allow early check-ins. In the event we don’t have a check out before your visit we can arrange an early check-in or luggage drop off for a small fee of $75. IMPORTANT NOTE: This building is a NON-SMOKING building and any violations will result in a $2,500 clean-out fee and you could be removed from the premises. Also note our outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, and fire pits) are seasonal and only operable between June and September. PARKING: Street parking is paid and is on a first come first serve on side blocks and is not guaranteed. Parking in the round-a-bout in front of the building is not permissible and your car can be towed. We offer attached garage parking with free in-and-out privileges for $27.50 a day. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use our parking pass. If you park in the garage without our parking pass keep in mind there are no in and out privileges and the cost can be up to $40 a night overnight. SpotHero is available and you can locate other parking in the area as well but please keep in mind there are no in and out privileges for any of the parking lots or garages in the area. No Pets are allowed. If any pets are found on the premises a $2,500 fee will be added to your stay. No additional guests allowed. The space is curated to accommodate 2 guests. Any additional guests found on the premises with you will result in a $1,000 fee per person. This property is equipped with exterior cameras. There are 2 black face towels provided during your stay for makeup removal. Please do not use our light colored towels to remove makeup. If you damage our towels a $100 fee will be added to your stay. If you damage our sheets an $100 fee will be added to your stay. The white towel in the bathroom is for decoration only if you use this towel the replacement fee is $100 and will be added to your stay. Please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. ID's are required for everyone staying in the unit. After booking you will receive a confirmation message to upload front and back of your ID to Airbnb message thread. If your ID is not submitted you will not be able to get access to the unit.
