The property's concierge will ask you for this information a few days before your arrival as it is a requirement from the resort in order for guests to access. Please be aware that this villa is situated in a private and family-oriented resort with strict noise regulations. Failure to comply with house and resort rules will result in fines by the resort. The house has a large indoor living room which we recommend for meetings, games, music and loud conversation after 10 PM in order to not disturb any neighbors. This property has cameras in the lateral and front areas of the house, none of this cameras are facing the pools nor any private areas of the house. Other things to note ALL GUESTS STAYING OR VISITING THE VILLA MUST BE REGISTERED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN, OUTSIDE GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AS PER RESORT POLICY UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND AUTHORIZED BY THE RESORT.
