Linens included in cleaning fee! The space This is a family rental. Mallard Island is a special place. It is the best of both worlds: only a 5 block walk to the beach at 14th street, but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This is a exclusive and unique community in downtown OC. Our neighbors are friends, families and business owners. This home is over 4700sf and sleeps 14** (see Rules), so it should comfortably be able to accommodate 2-3 families. This home has been professionally decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and is intended to be a relaxing home away-from-home. This is not a party house. The game room is tons of fun and kids and adults will love it so much, you may not need to go to the boardwalk! Wi-Fi is provided at no cost. All TVs are connected to the network and have a full cable sports package included. We want this to be a turn-key experience for you and have included fresh linens each week, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels as part of the rental. Don't forget your beach towels! The only things that are not accessible are 2 owners closets. Other things to note This home is located in Historic Downtown Ocean City @ 15th Street and the bay in the QUIET community of Mallard Island. This is a family rental. Please be respectful of neighbors as nearly all of them are locals that are raising their families in this community. We don't allow parties, sorority/fraternity events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, senior week, etc. There is no smoking - including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana - allowed anywhere on the property.
