The space Centrally located near all things Minneapolis, our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has space for your family to relax. Main Floor – Practical Comfort with a Warm Welcome Enter into a sunlit open-concept space where meals, laughter, and quiet mornings unfold. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essentials—from a Keurig dual coffee maker and waffle iron to a full spice rack, kettle, and blender. Two bedrooms (one queen, one full) and a full bath with a tub/shower combination offer convenience and calm after travel days or city adventures. Upstairs – Rest Easy in Plush Private Rooms Retreat upstairs to a king-sized suite and a second queen bedroom, both outfitted with plush memory foam mattresses and Roku TVs. A second bathroom with a modern walk-in shower provides space to refresh, while natural light filters in through thoughtfully dressed windows. Lower Level – The Fun Zone The basement isn’t just extra space—it’s where memories are made. Enjoy a dedicated game room with arcade games, a poker table, foosball, and books for all ages. In the adjacent media lounge, gather on the cozy sectional for movie night with a 65” smart TV. Here are more details regarding that: We provide hypoallergenic Ginger Lilly shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We provide dawn dish soap and cascade dishwasher pods. We wash our laundry with All Free and Clear detergent, and use Bounce free & gentle dryer sheets. We also provide complimentary All free and clear detergent pods and Bounce free & gentle dryer sheets. The beds All have microfiber/polyester covers on body pillows with down alternative polyester filling, the pillows have down alternative 1200 gram 7D microfiber filling. All the beds are covered in Utopia waterproof mattress covers and the bedding is 100% cotton. Our down alternative comforter contains the premium 300 GSM whole-piece 100% polyester fill covered in a 100% polyester shell. We use Zep all purpose Cleaner with vinegar on all surfaces. We scotch guarded all of our furniture and do use deodorizer if needed. We do not have air fresheners or plug ins in the house. The only food stuffs we provide is Olive oil, Canola oil spray, salt and pepper. There have been no pets in the house since it was completely renovated in Oct 2023.
