Gorgeous annex in Goonbell, St Agnes

Our lovely annexe is in Goonbell, just a 15-20 min walk (via the road or paths & fields) into the village of St Agnes, and just a 25-30 min walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and SW coastal path. Ideal as a retreat for couples, the annexe has been recently decorated and is fully equipped as a comfortable and homely base to relax and explore from! With a double bedroom, kitchen dining room and a lounge to relax in after a day out on the beach, it has everything you need for a relaxing break. The space Having moved in in September 2023, we have recently redecorated the annexe ready for you to use as a base to explore and enjoy Cornwall from this summer. Although this annexe is new to the airbnb market with no reviews, we can ensure you we are experienced airbnb hosts having rented out a previous property for 6 years with a host rating of 4.8. The annexe comprises of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen diner, living room and patio for you to enjoy the sunshine all day round. The kitchen consists of a Cookworks mini oven, 2x hob and grill, modern fridge and large glass dining table - perfect for you to enjoy a dinner after a day out exploring or at the beach. The bedroom consists of a very comfy double bed and double wardrobe with a large window looking out onto the leafy neighbourhood, the bathroom is next door to the bedroom and has a warm electric shower. The living room has been redecorated since the photograph shown and has a calmer, fresher feel and consists of a comfy sofa, tv and warm lighting - a perfect place to relax in after a day out. The double doors of the living room open out on to a sunny courtyard with outdoor seating for al fresco meals. The annexe is attached to the left hand side of our family home (whole home shown in photo for perspective) and you have a path that leads around the back to enter through the double doors to the living room. There is plenty of free street parking on our road, often just opposite the house, and its very safe and secure. The cottage is located in Goonbell which is a 15-20 min walk (via road or paths & fields) into the centre of a bustling village where you have the bakery, butcher, veg shop, deli and multiple pubs and restaurants to choose from. Guest access Guests will have access to the annexe which has it's own entrance, and is attached to the left hand side of our family home. There is a path to the side of the house that takes you to your own entrance via the living room at the back of the property. Our home is surrounded by a lovely leafy garden, however the annex patio is surrounded by plants providing you with privacy. Other things to note We do have a lovely Goldendoodle called Roxie, she is very sociable and friendly and will likely come and say hello. We appreciate some guests will love this and some are less fond of dogs, if you're the latter just let us know and we will make sure she doesn't bother you.
