He has no access to the main house or outdoor spaces and maintains his own separate entrance. Other things to note PARKING DISCLAIMER Please note that our property does not have assigned parking. Parking is available on the street and is free of charge. You can park on the side opposite the side of the house. Additionally, we kindly request that you limit your parking to a maximum of 2 cars per reservation to ensure ample space for all guests and neighbors. He has his own separate entrance and does not have access to the main house or any of the amenities, including the backyard. LOCATION Please note that our property is situated on a hill. While this provides beautiful views and a tranquil setting, it also means there are some inclines when accessing the house and surrounding areas. We recommend guests be cautious and prepared for a slight uphill walk to reach the property. TV/STREAMING The property features a smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience! NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
