Guest Suite in Brownstone

You will definitely feel at home. The metro is 3 blocks from the house. The 2 or 3 trains stops at the following Manhattan street: 110th, 96th, 72nd, 42nd, 34th, 14th, Chambers, Park Place, Fulton St and Wall St. On 125th you will find: Wholefoods, Starbucks, Dunkin Dounuts, Marshall's, Trader Joes and Target. Parking is curbside and not challenging. The space You will feel at ease and a part of the Harlem neighborhood while residing in a large, beautiful and quiet private floor in a beatiful Brownstone, equipped with washer and dryer. The only shared space is the entrance and common hallway. There are 4 legal B units/rooms on the top floor of the Brownstone. The 1200sq ft guest suite is well lit with 2 skylights and furnished with 1 queen size bed and 3 twin beds. The space is furnished with: cable TV, wireless internet, A/C, original hardwood floors, 2 decorative fireplace, 12 ft ceilings, 4 ceiling fan and 96% of the original details from 1910. There are 1 skylight in kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry closet with a stackable washer & dryer. Guest access The entire floor is private. The only shared space is the entrance to building. Other things to note Guest will be ask to show ID. Your ID must match the reservation on every level. Any odd behavior of any kind, which is at my discretion, you would be told to leave. Please recycle according to New York City laws. If you do not recycle properly, I will mention it in the review. I should not have to go through your trash. All smoking of any kind is only permitted outside. If I smell any smoke within the building, you will be told to leave without rebuttal. Turn off all lights and a/c when not in the space. Please place all liquid beverages on coaster, not wood or leather surfaces. Midnight is quite time, i.e. no constant going up and downstairs or in and out. My place is a home with other guests. Please communicate your checkout plans so that I can plan my day. At checkout (11 am), please put all used towels on bathroom floor. The kitchen must be clean, i.e stove and dishes. No dirty dishes are to be left. Keys are to be given directly to me at checkout do not leave the in the apartment.
