Nestled in the charming town of Oakhurst, our beautiful 4-bedroom creekside home is a serene retreat for families, friends, and adventurers alike. Just 20 minutes from Yosemite National Park’s South Entrance and a few minutes from Bass Lake. The property’s most captivating feature is its enchanting outdoor space, where towering pine trees provide a natural canopy over a picturesque, year-round flowing creek, creating an unparalleled oasis of peace and relaxation. The space Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: * Master Bedroom: Step into a spacious and tranquil haven featuring a plush king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private television. * Second Bedroom: Cozy and inviting, this room boasts a comfortable queen-size bed. * Third Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable queen bunk bed, with an additional twin trundle, perfect for kids or three single guests. * Fourth Bedroom/Office: This versatile space offers a dedicated work area and a cozy queen daybed. Living Areas: * Living Room: Sink into the inviting sofa in our living room, where you’ll find a quiet corner to read, cozy up by the fire or watch television with loved ones. With high vaulted ceilings, wood paneled walls and plenty of natural light, the ambiance is the perfect gathering area in the mountains. (wood is provided for the fireplace) * Game Room: Unwind and have fun in our game room, equipped with a full-size pool table. It’s the ideal spot for friendly competitions or leisurely evenings spent indoors. Kitchen & Dining: * Kitchen: Our large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Modern appliances, essential cookware, and utensils make cooking here a delightful experience. * Dining Area: Gather around the spacious dining table inside for family meals, or take your dining experience outdoors to the deck, where al fresco dining with a view awaits. Outdoors: * Backyard: Our expansive backyard is a true oasis. Multiple seating areas are scattered amongst the tall trees, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the soothing sounds of the year-round running creek. Whether you lay back in one of the hammocks, hang out on the lower patio, or relax on the lounge chairs, there’s a perfect spot waiting for you. * Fire Pit: From November through May, cozy up by the wood-burning fire pit. It’s the perfect setting for storytelling, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the crisp evening air under the starlit sky. * Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub on the deck, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature—an ideal way to relax after a day of exploration. * Twisted Tree: Indicative of the presence of vortex energy, which are believed to enhance meditation, self-discovery and spiritual growth. * Deck: The deck features an outdoor dining area and seating where you can savor your meals while taking in the tranquil surroundings. Whether you're seeking a peaceful sanctuary or a base for your next adventure, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature's beauty. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard and creek within property lines. Other things to note CANCELLATIONS: Before booking, kindly note that we maintain a strict cancellation policy with no exceptions, aside from circumstances explicitly outlined as extenuating on Airbnb. We understand that unforeseen events may arise, and we highly recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind. Airbnb offers comprehensive coverage, or you may explore options from external providers that encompass cancellations and various other areas. This proactive approach ensures that you are prepared for any unexpected changes to your travel plans, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay at our accommodation without concerns about unforeseeable circumstances. PETS: *House-trained pets are welcome with prior approval from the property manager and payment of the pet fee. *In Madera County, leash laws are strictly enforced. Our yard is not fully fenced, so for your pet's safety and in compliance with local regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. This precaution helps prevent them from wandering off the property. Please be aware that if your dog is found off-leash and off the property, you may face fines from the county, and your dog could be impounded. *We kindly request that you clean up after your pets both inside and outside the house; bring poop bags. OCCUPANCY: Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation, are allowed on the property unless specifically approved by the property manager. We are happy to accommodate your pets! Our standard pet fee applies to up to two dogs (1-2). If you have more than two dogs, we can consider it on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee. Please Note (New County Rule): Per updated Madera County regulations, quiet hours are now strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise violations reported during this time may result in a $1,000 fine.
