Loft with natural views and canine love

It's a beautiful loft on a 2nd floor near Escazú. It has all the amenities you need for a beautiful stay close to the city. There are splendid views of the mountains. It's a beautiful place for dog lovers. There are several places nearby to visit, for walks, eating or going out at night. Birds and butterflies can be seen in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A place for lovers of nature, tranquility, dogs and animals. The space The place is a place for dog lovers. On the property there are several very friendly dogs that are regularly in the courtyard and gardens. Some may bark and be somewhat noisy at times. This place has a large space and all the amenities you need. TV, kitchen, work areas, Wi-Fi, recreation areas, swimming pool. With a pleasant climate and very close to the main attractions of the city of San José and the Central Valley. The place has a large garden and a metal balcony to watch the mountains and the sunset. There is also a privileged view of the hills of Escazú, trees and many species of birds. The apartment is very spacious and suitable for working and resting, with all the comforts of home. On the property there are another 4 apartments and a house that share the parking area and common areas of the garden. The place does not have a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. If your stay is short, a laundry service can be offered for $15. If your stay is longer than 5 days, the laundry service is free and we do it here. The apartment is on the second floor and you have to climb some spiral stairs to access the balcony where the entrance is. To get around easily in the area it is preferable to use apps like Uber or Didi, as the bus station is about 700 meters away. A parrot lives on the site, which you should not touch or feed because it can bite you. Guest access You can have large green areas and a metal deck where you can eat or sunbathe. There is a gazebo with tables, water and grill next to the pool in case you want to cool off on sunny days. It also has great views of the Escazú Hills and is surrounded by nature, trees and various species of birds. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor, and to access it you need to climb a spiral staircase. There are several dogs in the condominium, which don't do anything but sometimes bark in the morning when they go for a walk. They are very playful and will be happy to see you. If you don't like dogs, I don't think the place is ideal for you. A parrot lives on the property, which should not be fed or touched because it can bite. The best and easiest way to get around is through Uber or Didi. The place is under the name of Eches Place. Every Thursday, every 15 days the garden is maintained, so at times there may be some noise in the mornings. If you need to go to the supermarket or downtown Escazú, you can let me know and I'll give you information on how to get around. From the place you can go on several day trips, such as the Poás Volcano, the Irazú Volcano, El Valle de Orosi, Waterfall Gardens, Sarchí, Tapantí National Park, or nearby beaches such as Jacó or the City of Puntarenas.
