At the property several very friendly dogs that are regularly located in the patio and gardens. Some may bark and be somewhat boisterous at times. This site has a great space and all the comforts that are required. TV, kitchen, work areas, Wifi, recreation areas, pool. With a pleasant climate and very close to the main attractions of the city of San José and the Central Valley. The place has a large garden and a metal balcony to watch the mountains and the sunset. The apartment is on the second floor and you have to go up some spiral stairs to be able to access the balcony where the entrance is. To move easily in the area it is preferable to use apps like Uber or Didi, since the bus station is about 700 meters away. A parrot lives on the premises. Do not touch or feed it because it can bite you. Guest access You can have large green areas and a metal deck where you can eat or sunbathe. Other things to note The Apartment is located on a second floor, and to access it it is necessary to climb a spiral-shaped stairs. In the condominium there are several dogs, which do nothing but sometimes bark in the morning when they go for a walk. They are very playful and will be glad to see them. If you don't like dogs, I think the site is not ideal for you. A lora lives on the property, which is not to be fed or touched because it can bite them.
